WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING
The Best visit I have Ever had visiting a dentist and having a tooth pulled. The staff has to be the nicest and most helpful caring people ever. I am so Thankful and Appreciative of the care I received from the Dentist and the Staff.
I wish I could give more stars! The whole staff is wonderful and Dr.Lang was extremely kind and patient. I had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted at once and he was very caring during the surgery. He explained everything he was doing as he was doing it and made sure I was as comfortable as I could be considering It was all done under local anesthesia.

WHY CHOOSE US?
MICRO-INCISIONAL DENTO-ALVEOLAR SURGERY
At Oral Surgery and Implant Centers our surgeons are experts in the use of Micro-Incisional Dento-Alveolar Surgical techniques or ‘MIDAS’. Using these skills they successfully decrease the total time for surgery and thereby significantly decrease and often eliminate post-operative pain and swelling.
DENTAL IMPLANTS
Dental Implants are changing the way people live! Dental implants can be used to replace a single tooth, multiple teeth or all of your teeth depending on your individual needs. They are designed to provide a foundation for replacement teeth which look, feel and function like natural teeth.
BONE GRAFTING
Healthy natural teeth stimulate the jawbone through chewing. When teeth are lost or missing, the alveolar bone, the portion of the bone immediately surrounding the tooth root, no longer receives the necessary stimulation and begins to shrink or resorb.
WISDOM TEETH
Often we hear from our patients that they are nervous, or have heard unpleasant stories about having their wisdom teeth removed. Sometimes these stories have even caused them to delay needed care. We understand that for many patients this is their first experience with surgery or anesthesia.
SURGICAL ORTHODONTICS
When your child reaches about 6 years of age he/she will lose their first primary teeth to make way for the permanent teeth to erupt. This will continue until all of the primary teeth have been lost and the permanent teeth have erupted.
FACIAL TRAUMA
Injuries to the face, by their very nature, impart a high degree of emotional as well as physical trauma to patients. The science and art of treating these injuries requires special training involving a “hands on” experience and an understanding of how the treatment provided will influence the patient’s long term function and appearance.
EXPERIENCE THE DIFFERENCE
The doctors and staff of Oral Surgery & Implant Centers are dedicated to serving the communities surrounding each of our locations throughout the San Fernando Valley, Antelop Valley and Santa Clarita Valley.
